With a brand new project in the works, Hilary Duff was spotted heading into an office building in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon (January 13).

The "Cheaper By the Dozen" actress looked fashionable in a bold striped top and flare leg jeans as she fed the meter ahead of her work obligations.

Speaking of work, it was just recently announced that Miss Duff will be playing a young lawyer in a new NBC sitcom called "Barely Legal" - which is part of her development deal.

According to Reuters, the comedy is "based on the true story of Kathleen Holtz, who in 2007 passed the notoriously difficult California bar at age 18 to become the state's youngest lawyer."

So, I've pretty much gotten used to the fact that Hilary Duff is basically really hot, but it still kind of freaks me out every time. In a good way, though. Especially this time, because wow, does Hilary look good in the new issue of Maxim. We got legs. We got cleavage. What more do you want? Besides the obvious. Anyway, these are quite possibly the hottest Hilary Duff pictures we've ever seen, and I'm thinking she'll just get hotter. And hopeully next time she won't be wearing as much.
